Rosa Nuril Safitri often called Rosa, through the Independent Campus Certified Independent Study Internship (MSIB) program initiated by the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia to offer solutions to overcome the tech-skills shortage experienced by Australian companies, especially SMEs or MSMEs. Rosa and the team started this project by conducting research related to developments in conditions in Australia. Seeing that there will be a talent crisis that is still going on, especially for MSMEs, Rosa tries to reach out to several company owners by offering a new strategy for MSMEs in Australia to try to employ workers outside Australia remotely or work from home (WFH).

Rosa Nuril Safitri kerap disapa Rosa, melalui program Magang Studi Independen Bersertifikat (MSIB) Kampus Merdeka yang digagas oleh Kemendikbudristek Republik Indonesia menawarkan solusi untuk mengatasi tech-skills shortage yang dialami oleh Perusahaan Australia, Khususnya SMEs atau UMKM . Rosa bersama Tim mengawali proyek ini dengan melakukan research terkait perkembangan kondisi di Australia. Melihat akan adanya krisis bakat yang masih terjadi, khususnya pada UMKM, Rosa mencoba untuk melakukan penjangkauan kepada beberapa pemilik perusahaan dengan menawarkan strategi baru pada UMKM di Australia untuk mencoba mempekerjakan tenaga di luar Australia secara remote atau work from home (WFH).
