JEMBER - International Youth Leadership is a leadership program designed for young people to develop skills of public speaking. At the International Youth Leadership Symposium on March 6, 2024, hosted at the Ir. Soekarno Hall of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Jember, participants engaged in dynamic presentations revolving around the theme of leadership.
This Symposium was attended by 74 participants consisting of 50 participants from Indonesia, and 24 participants from Malaysia. Each participant took turns presenting their insights, experiences, and perspectives on various aspects of leadership, fostering a collaborative environment for learning and exchange. Through these presentations, attendees gained valuable knowledge and inspiration to enhance their leadership skills and drive positive change in their communities and beyond.
