The Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Jember (FEB UNEJ), reaffirms its commitment to realizing clean and integrity-driven governance through the Declaration Against Bribery, Gratification, and Corruption.
This declaration is part of the development of an Integrity Zone toward a Corruption-Free Area (WBK) and a Clean and Serving Bureaucratic Area (WBBM), reflecting the commitment of the entire academic community to:
- Reject all forms of bribery and gratification.
- Uphold honesty, transparency, and accountability.
- Foster a clean, ethical, and service-oriented work culture.
Through this initiative, FEB UNEJ is committed to creating an academic environment free from corruption and serving as a model of integrity in the field of education.
FEB UNEJ 2025 Agents of Change
Agents of Change are selected individuals or groups who serve as drivers and role models in promoting bureaucratic reform toward creating an institution that is clean, accountable, and service-oriented.
Agents of Change function as catalysts, change drivers, solution providers, mediators, and facilitators to foster positive changes in systems, mindsets, and work cultures within their respective work environments.
Agents of Change are State Civil Apparatus (ASN) with valid employment status who are not currently subject to disciplinary sanctions. They are also expected to demonstrate creativity, innovation, and outstanding performance.
