The Integrity Zone Team of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Jember (FEB UNEJ), remains committed to strengthening the implementation of the Integrity Zone development program toward achieving a Corruption-Free Area (WBK) and a Clean and Serving Bureaucratic Area (WBBM).
The 2025 Work Plan focuses on improving the quality of services, strengthening a culture of integrity, and promoting innovation in faculty governance. Through the implementation of this work plan, FEB UNEJ is committed to creating a clean, transparent, and service-oriented work environment that prioritizes excellent service for all stakeholders.

Hello, members of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Jember!
The following is the result of the Quarter I Monitoring and Evaluation for 2025 conducted by the Change Management Division of the Integrity Zone at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Jember, as part of the faculty's efforts toward achieving Corruption-Free Area (WBK) and Clean and Serving Bureaucratic Area (WBBM) status.
Change management within the Integrity Zone aims to systematically and consistently transform work mechanisms, mindsets, and work cultures among individuals within the established work unit. Through regular monitoring and evaluation activities, it is expected that the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Jember (FEB UNEJ), will become increasingly prepared to transform toward achieving WBK and WBBM status.

Manajemen perubahan dalam zona integritas bertujuan untuk mengubah secara sistematis dan konsisten mekanisme kerja, pola pikir, serta budaya kerja individu pada unit kerja yang dibangun. Melalui kegiatan monitoring dan evalausi berkala, diharapkan FEB UNEJ semakin siap bertransformasi menuju WBK WBBM.
